Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree that any chargebacks will be contested using this Terms and Conditions document and our Return & Exchange Policy. PKL Shop reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds related to invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated shipping timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, supply chain interruptions, or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Damage
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 72 hours with photographic documentation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination and are disclosed prior to order completion.
5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
• Item must be unopened
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition
Opened or used paddles, applied grips, opened ball packs, worn apparel, clearance items, and special-order items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Warranties
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products sold by PKL Shop are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by brand.
