Return & Exchange Policy

At PKL Shop, we stand behind the quality of the products we carry. Because we are a specialty performance retailer, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.


30-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Item must be unopened
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition

Items that have been opened, used, gripped, unwrapped, or modified are not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unopened item within 30 days, we are happy to assist.

Opened paddles, used balls, worn apparel, or applied grips cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and performance standards.

If you are unsure about your selection, we strongly encourage speaking with our team before purchase so we can help match you with the right product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Used paddles
• Installed grips or overgrips
• Opened ball packs
• Clearance or discounted items
• Apparel that has been worn or washed
• Special-order or bulk team orders


Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
• Include a written description of the issue

We will work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.


Manufacturer Defects

If a product arrives with a defect:

• Contact us within 10 days of delivery
• Provide photos and a description of the issue

If approved, the item will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method


Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase with PKL Shop, you agree to this Return & Exchange Policy. In the event of a chargeback dispute, this policy will serve as governing documentation for the transaction.


How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible item:

  1. Contact our team within 30 days of purchase

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping

Once approved, returns will be processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
